Greetings! My name is Osenat Aremu, and I go by Lola. I am a Washington D.C. native, with a love of international travel. I believe that psychiatric care should be personalized and holistic, meeting the individual where they are every step of the way. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals that benefit from medication, supplementation, and lifestyle change.
I manage various types of mental health and behavioral challenges and particularly enjoy working with first responders, mothers, and those struggling with stress and adjustment issues. I aim to provide "feel-good" care.
