A Letter from Jerrilyn

Hi, I’m Jerrilyn Fabien, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. I hold a Master's of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's of Science in Behavioral Science from Andrews University. Over the past twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various capacities, including as a Pastoral Care Counselor, Family Life Educator, Student Life Director, Life and Wellness Coach, and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator. My work has spanned a wide range of groups, from children who have experienced significant trauma to older adults facing end-of-life illness and transitions.

I have a particular passion for working with individuals navigating transitions and seeking to find meaning and purpose amidst perceived chaos and trauma that they have experienced. I’m also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and a Master Reiki Practitioner for over 7 years.

In my personal life, I enjoy MixxedFit dancing, listening to and participating in podcasts on topics that I am passionate about, spending time in nature, and participating in group meditation.

I believe, as Abraham Hicks says, "You take yourself with you everywhere you go," and as Wayne Dyer reminds us, "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
